    We do not offer refunds. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with store credit issued for future use. Note: Custom pieces and CAD designs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • What is your jewelry care and warranty policy?

    1-Year Warranty: All fine jewelry purchased from Grayson Jewelers includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If any issues arise due to manufacturing, we will repair them at no cost to you.

    Lifetime Care for Grayson Jewelers’ Fine Jewelry: For fine jewelry purchased from Grayson Jewelers, we provide complimentary lifetime care. This includes free annual inspections, which cover cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating for white gold items — all at no cost to you, helping to maintain the beauty and durability of your jewelry.

    Annual Inspections for All Other Jewelry: We also offer free yearly inspections for any jewelry you bring in. These inspections include a basic check-up to ensure your piece is in good condition, with additional services available upon request.
  • What is your exchange and warranty policy for Pandora jewelry?

    30-Day Exchange Policy: Pandora items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, as long as the item was purchased from Grayson Jewelers.

    1-Year Warranty: Pandora products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. If the same piece is still available, it can be exchanged for that item. If the exact item is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable piece of equal value.
  • How does the Bulova warranty work?

    Bulova watches come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. If a repair is needed, we will send the watch to Bulova for service on your behalf.
  • What financing options do you offer?
