Purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt. In cases of returns, store credit will be issued, which can be applied to future purchases. Please be aware that custom jewelry pieces, including those created through CAD (Computer-Aided Design), are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Our team is always available to assist you with any concerns and ensure you have the best possible shopping experience.

Jewelry Care and Warranty Policy -

All fine jewelry purchased from us comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. If your piece requires repair due to a defect within this time frame, we will perform the necessary repairs at no cost to you. In addition to this warranty, we offer complimentary lifetime maintenance services to ensure your jewelry retains its beauty and integrity for years to come. This includes professional polishing, rhodium re-plating for white gold, and re-polishing for yellow gold pieces, all free of charge during annual inspections.

To keep your jewelry in optimal condition, we recommend bringing it in for an annual inspection. Our skilled jewelers will carefully assess your pieces for any signs of wear or damage and perform necessary touch-ups at a nominal charge. Regular inspections not only help keep your jewelry looking its best but also prolong its lifespan by addressing minor issues before they become significant problems.
